Wärtsilä's recruitment process

The total duration of our recruiting processes varies depending on the position. We usually reach out to applicants within 2-3 weeks after the application deadline. However, there may be instances where the process takes slightly longer.

Application Review

All applications will be thoroughly reviewed. Successful candidates will be invited to an interview. In case your application doesn't match our current requirements, you will be notified via email within two weeks after the application deadline.

Interview process

The interview process may include a live or pre-recorded video interview. Additionally, in certain cases, candidates may be requested to complete a small pre-task or participate in a second interview. These opportunities offer valuable insights into the position and provide a chance for you to shine.
